Product Video Production in Chicago
Studio, tabletop and in-use video that makes people want the thing. Close to 30 years of shooting for Tyson, Dole and King's Hawaiian means your product gets the big-brand treatment. Don’t these look good?
A photo shows the product. Video sells it.
Shoppers can't pick it up, turn it over or taste it through a screen. Video is the closest thing. It shows the size, the texture, how it works and why it beats the one next to it on the shelf.
Food is where I started, and food is the hardest thing to make look good on camera. It wilts, melts and sweats under the lights. If I can make a burger look perfect for take 14, your product will be fine.
What I make
Six kinds of product video I shoot most often. One shoot can cover several.
Studio & tabletop
Clean, controlled shots on seamless or a styled set. Slow pushes, macro detail, and lighting that make the label beautiful.
E-commerce & listings
Short loops, 360 spins and feature clips sized for Shopify, Amazon and retailer pages.
Food & beverage
Pours, sizzles, cheese pulls and condensation that looks real because it is. Twenty-plus years shooting food for national brands.
Product launches
Reveal videos for new products, new flavors and new packaging. Cut long for the website and short for social and sales decks.
Product in use
Real hands, real kitchens, real job sites. Show people how it works.
How-to & demos
Setup, assembly and recipe videos that cut down on support calls and returns.

How it works
Built around your schedule, not mine. Most corporate shoots wrap in a single day.

We talk
Who's the video for, what should they do after watching and where will it live. Fifteen minutes usually does it.
I plan it
Interview questions, shot list, schedule and a clear quote. I work around production lines, meetings and busy people.
We shoot
Usually one day on site. Small crew and compact gear, so we don't take over the building.
You get it
Edited, color-graded and delivered in every version you need: full length for the website, short cuts for social and LinkedIn.

Common questions
Most projects take two to four weeks from first call to final cut. The shoot itself is usually a single day. Rush jobs happen. Just ask.
How long does a corporate video take?
1
Totally normal. I don't hand anyone a script. We have a conversation, I ask good questions and I edit out the stumbles. Nobody sees the outtakes but me.
Our people hate being on camera. Now what?
2
Yes. I'm based in Oswego and shoot all over Chicagoland, and I travel nationally for multi-location companies.
Will you travel to our facility?
3
Can one shoot give us more than one video?
4
That's the smart way to do it. One day of filming can produce a brand piece, a recruiting video and a stack of social clips.
Got a story your team should be telling?
Tell me who it's for and where it'll run. I'll come back with a plan and a number.
